An update for all our clients and partners about COVID-19

As the challenges created by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continue to change, we wanted to update you on our current status and approach.

Following the latest advice from the UK government, and in reference to our own Business Continuity policy, we would like to reassure you that the measures we have put in place will ensure we continue to operate effectively in this period, while safeguarding the health and safety of our employees.

  • IPNW are primarily a work-from-home business, and as such we are geared up to perform all our normal duties from wherever we need to, and don’t need to make changes to our work patterns to implement this.
  • Our systems and processes are designed to ensure our customers and their services continue to work as normal, and we are contacting customers to set up any systems they need to allow them to work remotely.
  • Collaborative software and systems such as Microsoft Teams are in place so all colleagues can continue to work productively. All members of staff have secure access to documentation and the use of secure virtual private networks (VPNs).
  • In the weeks ahead, we will continue to monitor and respond to COVID-19. If anything should change, we will provide you with updates regarding our approach to the situation, including how we are maintaining our service levels.

We are therefore confident in our continuing ability to support you and respond to your needs throughout this period.
